Architectural Control Committee (ACC)

Planning a new fence or pool?
Our by-laws require that the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) review and approve ALL work to the exterior of your home, including repainting your house the same color and straining your fence. Before beginning your project, download the Architectural Control Committee Application form to submit your project for review or contact Lakisha Devine, CMA Management Company, at 972-943-2850 or at ldevine@cmamanagement.com.
Please be considerate of your neighbors when performing activities along shared property lines. Getting your neighbor’s approval before submitting your request will greatly expedite the process and avoid potential conflicts.
